Return the product due to defect or non-compliance

 Our wish is that all the products ordered from us meet all the required conditions of quality and functionality. However, if you have received an incorrect or damaged product, please send us a complaint and return the product according to the instructions which will be given to you. The right to claim is framed by law; for more information, please consult the General Conditions of Sale. So that we can deal with your complaint as efficiently and quickly as possible, we invite you to access 'Return of goods' in your customer account. During processing, we will act in accordance with your request and in accordance with the rights and obligations prescribed by applicable law.

Return the product because you want to withdraw from this order without giving a reason

If the product received does not give you complete satisfaction or if you simply do not want it anymore, you have the right of withdrawal from your order. You have a period of 14 clear days (from the date of receipt of the order) to test the product and make sure that it meets your expectations. * (If however you needed more time to test the characteristics and functions of the product, we reserve the right to reimburse you for it in proportion to the depreciation of the property corresponding to its use and the damage suffered). If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your wish within 14 clear days from the date of receipt of the product, we invite you to access 'Return of goods' in your customer account. You will then return the product to us as soon as possible and we will exchange or refund it after receipt and within a maximum of 14 clear days.


You have the following options:

- Return a product that has been received defective or that does not work within the first 48 hours of receipt. We recover it and change it (cost 0 €)

- Return or exchange (withdrawal) a product with which you are not satisfied, you were wrong to order it or you no longer want it. (15 days from receipt). We will get it back and / or change it (cost € 7.90)

- Return a product to process the warranty with the manufacturer. We collect it and return it once repaired or replaced by the manufacturer (cost 9.90 €)


All electronic components such as: screens, flex, touch screens, lenses, repair parts, charging connectors and other components for repairs, are exclusive products for specialized workshops, not for the end user. If you buy any of these products, we assume that you are a specialized workshop and not an end user, so you are not subject to the guarantee law. These types of products lack warranty if they show signs of use.

  Manipulation, breaking or absence of the guarantee seal supposes its automatic annulment. The manufacturer requires that upon receipt of the part, BEFORE BEING INSTALLED OR HANDLED, it be tested, WITHOUT REMOVING ANY PROTECTIVE PLASTIC.

The maximum term for the return of defective products or products that customers do not want is 15 days **, counting from the date of receipt.

If a fault is detected, the defective part must be returned and check that the plastics have not been removed nor has it been handled or installed incorrectly.

In the case of repair screens and components, it will be verified that the use that has been made of them has not gone beyond their mere verification.
