Our history
Empetel was born in 1998 thanks to two students of Computer Engineering and Civil Engineering from the University of Granada who embark on a project to develop software and hardware for mobile phones. We started offering our services to classmates and teachers and shortly afterwards we opened our first store at Calle Gracia, 27 in the center of Granada and later we moved to the final location at C / Emperatriz Eugenia.
Our store
Our physical store, located in the center of Granada, was inaugurated in August 2003. We have 5 workers and a wide schedule from 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Our technicians, with extensive experience in the sector, guarantee repairs in record time with a 6-month warranty and always using tested spare parts. In addition to the repair service, we have for sale more than 12000 references of original accessories and spare parts in real stock, free telephony, prepaid and contract registrations and computer service.
